“Management is doing things right; leadership is doing the right things”. On 21st February VNS Faculty of Management celebrated National Management Day.. The event was followed by various management games like Product Dumb charades, guess the logo game and memory game. Students took active participation with great zeal and enthusiasm.

VNS Group of Institutions, Faculty of Management organized an Event “I Am The Business Wizard” on 10th May 2025. In this Event, Students presented themselves as CEO’S of the Companies. This competition was a part of the role-playing activity, where students were assigned business personalities of reputed Indian Companies. They introduced themselves as assigned Business Personality, gave information about the company, explained the role played in the growth and success of the company.They also explained the vision and goals of the assigned company. VNS faculty of management students organized FRESHERS PARTY “Aagaz 2k24” for Batch 2024-2026. The Welcome party for the juniors was hosted by MBA 3rd Semester students, in which they enjoyed a lot together. Faculty of Management organised a short Excursion cum Picnic to Kanha Dham Radha Ri Dhani for MBA Students where students enjoyed fun activities with traditional theme cuisine and explored the Rajasthani culture followed by delicious Rajasthani meal together.

Students of MBA 2nd Semester enthusiastically participated in “Product buzz competition” that was held in the month of February. In the product buzz competition students made market survey of different products that were alloted to them and gave presentation on different brands of products, pricing, promotion etc. They got practical exposure by doing real time market survey. The New Bees of batch 23-25 had visited the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya during their induction program, Inception 2K23.

VNS Faculty of Management has organized another Industrial visit for MBA Students at Ananya Package Pvt Ltd on 15th May 2024. During the visit, VNS MBA students learned about manufacturing and packaging process of various mattress and pillow ranges distributed all over the country within the industry, Students also learned how scrap material is used and the marketing chain and types of customer dealing with the industry, students also interacted with the Production Head of the industry.

Industrial Visit for MBA Students at Eicher Tractors During the visit, Students learned about the core values of the Industry as well as the ethics of the industry. Students also learned about the Plant Capacity and Production process during the field visit.

Industrial visit for MBA students at HEG Ltd Mandideep on 03rd May 2024. During the visit, VNS MBA students gained practical learning about various operations within the industry. The industry also provides insights into the real working environment. VNS Faculty of Management always focuses on providing practical exposure, and Industrial Visits are one of them. “Our motive is to upskill students and help them develop their practical knowledge for future progress.”
